1. About us
LTA Concierge Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15820120), registered office Unit 3-4 The Pixmore, Letchworth Business Centre, Pixmore Avenue, Letchworth Garden City, SG6 1JG, United Kingdom. We arrange travel and concierge services on behalf of our clients with third-party suppliers.
2. Enquiries and proposals
Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking. Proposals are subject to availability and to the supplier's confirmation at the time of booking. Prices may change until a booking is confirmed in writing.
3. Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed only once we have issued a written confirmation and received the required payment. Payment terms, deposits and deadlines are set out in each proposal.
4. Changes and cancellations
Changes and cancellations are subject to the terms of the relevant suppliers, which we will share with you before you book. Supplier cancellation charges and our service fee may apply.
5. Suppliers
Services are provided by independent suppliers under their own terms and conditions. We select suppliers with care but are not responsible for their acts or omissions, except where required by law.
6. Travel documents and insurance
Clients are responsible for holding valid passports, visas and health documents. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every journey.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
