Who we are

This website is operated by LTA Concierge Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15820120), registered office Unit 3-4 The Pixmore, Letchworth Business Centre, Pixmore Avenue, Letchworth Garden City, SG6 1JG, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), destination, travel dates and the content of your request. Our web server may also record technical data such as your IP address for security purposes.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals and, if you proceed, arrange your travel. Our lawful basis is your consent and the steps necessary before entering into a contract with you (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and (b)).

Sharing

We do not sell your data. When you book, we share only the information needed with the relevant suppliers (for example airlines, aircraft operators, hotels and transfer providers), some of whom may be located outside the UK. Where this happens we take steps to ensure your information is appropriately protected.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 24 months. Booking records are kept for as long as required by law and for accounting purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email helena.ruban@ltaconcierge.travel. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may process your IP address to deliver them.
